Based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, with a national footprint across South Africa, we support clients with five full-time surveyors, contracted surveyors in each province, technical quality control, controlled reporting and practical risk-improvement recommendations.
Fire risk survey and insurance risk assessment support
For insurers and underwriters, the question is not simply whether a fire hazard exists, but what it means for the exposure and the underwriting decision. FRC's COPE assessment considers MPL and EML, business-interruption exposure, fire behaviour and potential spread, compartmentation, fire-protection performance and the practical improvements required. The controlled record can then progress from finding through corrective action to verification and close-out.
On-Site Survey & Evidence
Structured field capture, photographs, GPS and evidence support a consistent technical record.
QC & Controlled Report
FRC technical quality control precedes approval and controlled report delivery, with a service target of completing the survey within 48 hours of assignment and issuing the technically reviewed report within 24 hours of the confirmed appointment.
Requirements Register
Non-compliances and improvements can be tracked as requirements with corrective evidence.
Verification
Submitted evidence is reviewed before requirements are accepted as closed.
Close-Out
A controlled close-out record provides a clear trail from finding to corrective action.
